A coalition of sixteen US states sued President Donald Trump’s administration over his decision to declare a national emergency to fund a wall on the border with Mexico, BBC reported.

“We’re suing President Trump to stop him from unilaterally robbing taxpayer funds lawfully set aside by Congress for the people of our states. For most of us, the office of the presidency is not a place for theatre,” said California Attorney General Xavier Becerra.

The lawsuit was filed to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
It requires judge’s preliminary order, which will stop Trump’s emergency during the case being considerate in the court.
As The Journalist reported, Trump rejected FBI’s obvious evidence of Putin’s crimes.
