The number of people infected with coronavirus increased by 59 people over the past day. This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv city state administration.
“59 people were infected with coronavirus on previous day, including four health workers. Two people died. In total, 116 residents of Kyiv became victims of the disease. In total, there are already 5,602 confirmed coronavirus cases in the capital,” the mayor of the capital said.
According to Klitschko, over past day 28 women aged 19 to 73 years, and a 4-year-old girl fell ill with coronavirus, as well as 28 men aged 18 to 77 years, and two boys — one of them is 3 months old, and the second one is 6 years old.
Some 7 patients were hospitalized; the rest are staying in self-isolation under medical supervision.
It is also reported that 7 people recovered from the coronavirus in the last day.
