66 persons reported suspicions of Maidan shootings

General Prosecutor’s Office reported that 11 "titushkas" were found guilty of committing atrocities on the Maidan and sentenced to imprisonment. In addition, it is noted that 66 persons reported suspicions about involvement in Maidan activists’ murders. About this informs Serhii Gorbatiuk, head of special investigations of General Prosecutor’s Office.
Four "titushkas" were sentenced to imprisonment for the Prosecutor General’s Office proceedings. Seven more people went to prison as a result of investigations by regional prosecutor’s offices. In addition, General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine reported on suspicions regarding the involvement of 66 persons in shooting of activists on Maidan. In respect of 16 persons indictments sent to court. In respect of four, investigation is still ongoing, another 46 people are wanted.
