The leader of the Radical Party calls on the Cabinet of Ministers to refuse loans from the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
Lyashko said this during a meeting of the Conciliation Council of faction leaders and chairmen of committees.
«Ukraine is imposed to do something which does not meet national interests in exchange for loans», – Oleh Lyashko noted
«We demand that the government refuse cooperation with the IMF. We do not need cooperation in exchange of Ukraine’s future; we do not need cooperation in exchange of selling land and raising tariffs», – said Mr Lyashko.
Oleh Lyashko also noted that Ukraine can live without loans and the "Radical Party" proposes to change the economic policy in Ukraine.
As «The Journalist» reported, the IMF’s cooperation with Ukraine depends on increasing tariffs for the Ukrainian population.
