President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has dismissed Mykola Kuleba from the post of the Commissioner of the President of Ukraine for Children’s Rights, as evidenced the presidential decree №290/2019.
According to the decree, the President dismissed Kuleba from the post of Ombudsman for Children’s office on Sunday, May 19, 2019.
Mykola Kuleba held the designated post since December, 2014. Previously, he was the director of the “Open Heart” charitable organization and the president of the international charity organization “Save the Children.” Also, he headed the Office for Children’s Affairs of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council in 2006-2014.
