Number of IDPs in Ukraine increased by 5,000 since October

The number of registered internally displaced persons (IDPs) from the Crimea and Donbas increased by 5,000 in October, the press service of the Ministry of Social Policy reported.

According to the Unified Information Database on Internally Displaced Persons, as of October 28, 1,415,575 migrants from the Crimea and temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts were registered.

The Ministry of Social Policy noted that as of September 30, 1,410,511 internally displaced persons from the Crimea and Donbas were registered in Ukraine.

As The Journalist reported, about 1.4 million people became IDPs due to Russian aggression.
