Governmental Business Protection Commission consisted of 10 members and is headed by Prime Minister Oleksii Honcharuk. The relevant decision on the establishing of commission was published on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers.
Commission was created in order to improve business climate and create conditions for attracting investments for Ukraine by protecting business from unlawful interference by government representatives. Сommission authorized to initiate the prosecution of representatives of state bodies, local authorities and officials for violations of the law.
All appeals will be preliminarily considered by the business ombudsman within three days, than send to Commission.
