President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a law amending the Tax Code of Ukraine on the elimination of the corruption scheme in the field of registration of information from reports on the valuation of real estate and transparency of property sales.
The Law will enter into force on the day following the day of its publication, except for clauses 2-5 of Section I, which shall enter into force on the first day of the month following the day of publication by the State Property Fund of the decision to put into operation the software of the Unified Database of Assessment Reports, but no later than July 1, 2020, noted in the President’s Office.
