Ukraine is negotiating on the release of Ukrainians detained in Russia and in the temporarily occupied territory. The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said this in a commentary to the media in Jerusalem, the press service of the President’s Office informs.
“Two tracks, two lists. We have agreed on the list in Minsk, we will supplement the list of established persons. We will prepare this track – the exchange with the temporarily occupied territories. A separate track – we have already started a conversation with the Russian Federation on the exchange of Ukrainians – all of ‘em, including the Crimean Tatars, and other Ukrainians being illegaly held in Russia,” Zelensky said.
