Chairman of the Coordinating Council at the National Forum on Road Safety Volodymyr Karavaev has said that Ukrainian schools may introduce a new subject.
“A complete study of the basics of traffic rules should be a compulsory subject in our schools. Moreover, not formal – with the obligatory passing of an exam (test) in high school!” Karavaev wrote on FB.
According to him, only in this way road users will start to respect each other.
