Passenger railway communication between Ukraine and Poland has been temporarily suspended. A number of trains have been canceled, and some other routes were limited, Ukrzaliznytsia informs.

The trains No. 67/68 Kyiv – Warsaw, No. 89/90 Przemysl – Lviv, No. 51/52 Lviv – Wroclaw, and direct trains Kyiv – Wroclaw were canceled.

Lviv will be the terminal station for trains No. 705/706 and No.715/716 Kyiv – Przemysl, as well as for the train No.35/36 Odesa – Przemysl, which start to operate on March 14-16. Further information will be provided later. Tickets sales for canceled routes are suspended.

Ukrzaliznytsia also noted that it will refund tickets for canceled international trains to passengers without levying additional fees – passengers just need to contact railway ticket offices. Tickets purchased via Internet will be returned through online payment services.

For all questions regarding reimbursement of ticket, please call 0800503111 (Ukrzaliznytsia contact center).

“We apologize for the inconvenience and encourage passengers to treat the situation with understanding,” the carrier said.
