The militants resorted to 120mm and 82mm mortars, banned by Minsk agreements and which should be withdrawn from the demarcation line, and fired more than 20 mortar shells per day. In addition, the militants used infantry fighting vehicles, an anti-tank missile system, grenade launchers and machine guns.
Under the enemy fire came Pavlopil and Kamianka settlements. From the direction of the Naberezhne settlement, the militants fired eight mortar shells, and another five shells from the direction of the village of Staromykhailivka at Ukrainian positions near Krasnohorivka.
In addition, enemy shelled Starohnativka and Avdiivka. From the direction of the Kalynove settlement, the occupiers fired at Ukrainian positions near Novozvanivka and Novooleksandrivka, firing five mortar shells.
No casualties among the Ukrainian troops have been reported over the past day.
