Ukrainian government has approved an agreement with the government of Grenada on a visa-free regime. The corresponding decision was made without discussion at a government meeting on September 16.
“To approve the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of Grenada on the abolition of visa requirements, concluded on July 16, 2020 in Kiev,” the document reads.
As noted in the explanatory note, the introduction of visa-free travel will contribute to the growth of indirect revenues to the state budget by increasing the number of traveling foreigners, developing contacts and restoring the tourism industry.
Grenada is an island nation in the Caribbean.
