On December 20, the militants shelled Ukrainian positions in the area of the Joint Forces operation in Donbas nine times. Ukrainian servicemen opened fire in response to provocations. This was reported by the press center of the JFO headquarters on the Facebook page.
In the area of responsibility of the operational-tactical group “Shid” not far from Vodiane on the Azov Sea, the enemy used a hand-held anti-tank grenade launcher, and near Pavlopil – made several bursts from small arms.
The enemy used both types of weapons near the settlement of Pisky. Four attacks were recorded in the suburb of Avdiivka, where grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms were used. Also, Russian mercenaries fired at civilians near Kamianka.
The enemy also fired several shots from an anti-tank grenade launcher at a tractor “John Deere” returning from agricultural work and destroyed it.
One shelling was recorded near the village of Pivdenne. Here the enemy used an anti-tank missile system, grenade launchers of various systems and small arms.
