Militants opened fire 22 times on Ukrainian Army positions: two Ukrainian soldiers were wounded

Over the past day, May 27, militants violated the ceasefire regime 22 times, 4 times using heavy weapons. In the result of shelling, two Ukrainian soldiers were injured, – the press center of Ukraine’s Joint Forces Operation (JFO) reported this on Facebook.

A minor escalation of hostilities was recorded in the Mariupol sector, near the villages of Pavlopil, Vodiane and Shyrokyne. In the Horlivka sector, combat continued near the settlements of Svitlodarsk, Zaitseve and Novhorodske. In the Donetsk sector – near the settlements of Krasnohorivka, Butivka mine and Maryinka. According to the updated data, three occupiers were killed and three others were wounded.
Over the past day, two Ukrainian soldiers were reported as wounded in action and were evacuated to the hospital. At the same time, the fate of one JFO soldier is still unknown. The circumstances of the disappearance are being clarified.
As «The Journalist» reported, one Ukrainian serviceman disappeared in Donbas.
