Ukraine and Hungary have active export-import indicators. Due to the fact that these two countries are neighbors, these indicators should be even higher. The owner of the company East West Mentor and the Honorary Consul of Ukraine in the Hungarian city of Siofok, Zoltan Horvat, as well as the director of East West Mentor UA Anna Krysyuk, told about how diplomat status helps Mr Zoltan to represent Ukraine on the European market.
“For almost a year, East West Mentor has been active in Ukraine. I received the title of Honorary Consul last October. I believe that for any businessman or company that turns to us, in order we represent their interests on the European market, it is a huge advantage that the owner of the company is not just a businessman, but also a diplomat. Zoltan Horvat believes that Ukraine and Hungary now have active export-import indicators. However, on his opinion, since these two countries are neighbors, these figures should be even higher. He add that the company East West Mentor will open its representative office in two European countries soon: Belgium and Poland.

Also, Mr. Zoltan and his partners have interesting investment proposals in the field of solar energy. This applies to both Ukrainian and European investors. According to her, the company has focused on popularizing of Ukrainian manufacturer in Europe. According to Anna Krysyuk, this will help Ukraine to present better itself at the international level, as well as improve the growth of the country’s economy. She also spoke about important social projects that the company implements.
“The opening of our representative offices in two European countries expands East West Mentor’s activities network, allows us to work more globally in terms of export-import operations, and also (which is very important from the very beginning of the creation of the company) support for social projects. Mr. Zoltan, even before he became Honorary Consul, helped Ukraine and Ukrainian children a lot. Since he is half Ukrainian (his mother is Ukrainian), he is not indifferent to the fate of young Ukrainians in need of support, therefore, on his initiative, the company donates social projects, that helps children to develop themselves, give them the opportunity to get a quality education, and contribute to promoting a healthy lifestyle. Mr. Zoltan Horvath actively helps children from the city of Volnovakha in the Donetsk Oblast.
It began 2 years ago with the project “Children are asking for peace”, which was presented in Hungary and where children showed their talents and presented Ukraine. They met with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Ukraine to Hungary, Lyubov Nepop. After this, Mr. Zoltan met with the Ambassador and decided to help the children of Volnovakha. In the framework of the project, the purpose of which was to help the children of Volnovakhi, Mr. Zoltan collected a large enough sum to give the children of Volnovakhi a playground. To do this, he personally went to the environmental protection zone to talk with local families. After that, together with the People’s Deputy of Ukraine Dmitry Lubinets, we began to actively cooperate in this direction in order to help children and implement other social projects for them. In particular, the next project of Zoltan Horvat was a gift to the Wave school of computers. So the school opened the “European Center for Foreign Languages.” Children were very happy to discover new educational opportunities for themselves. It inspired them to learn Hungarian. For this, they opened an online course at school, and Mr. Zoltan, for his part, promised that the children who learn Hungarian best will go on a summer holiday to the city of Siofok. Hungarian is taught by an employee of the honorary consulate of Ukraine in the city of Siófok Timea Timko,” said Anna Krysyuk.
She also said that the head of the Kiev office Balazh Shimon is actively paying attention to sports, especially football. The East West Mentor team has already been formed, which represents the East West Mentor company in the business league.
“Mr. Zoltan supports adolescents, children with disabilities. Although he does not like to advertise his charity work, because he believes that useful things should be done quietly. As a person who has been working in the social sphere for 15 years, I am pleased that our views and thoughts converge.
