The Cabinet of Ministers has expanded the “warm loans” program for associations of co-owners of apartment buildings (OSMD) by UAH 380.6 million. This was stated by the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Housing Services (Utilities) Hennadii Zubko, the press service of the government said.
According to Zubko, thanks to the increase in funding in 2019, about three thousand condominiums (more than 230 thousand families) will be able to benefit from the “warm loans”, and the total amount of loans that the condominiums can attract will be more than 760 million UAH
It also clarifies that during the operation of the “warm loans” program nearly 600 thousand families benefited from it.
In addition, about 140 municipal programs are currently being implemented, providing from 10% to 30% of co-financing of energy-saving measures, as well as the IQEnergy program, financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
