The competition program of the 6th Festival of Cinema Art for Children and Teenagers, Children Kinofest, which will be held from May 31 to June 9, includes seven films for viewers from 4 years old.

The opening film will be the family movie “Zoo” co-production of Ireland and the UK. She talks about Belfast during the Second World War – the main characters are struggling to save animals from the local zoo.
For viewers over 12 years old – the Swedish horror film “Room 213”: the main characters of the band arrive at the summer camp and begin to suspect that ghosts may be their neighbors.
A special event this year is the show of the classic comedy “Circus”, dedicated to the 130th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding director Charlie Chaplin.
The program includes two animated tapes: “The Stolen Princess” and “Peepy, Pupu and Rosemary: The Mystery of the Stolen Notes”.
Recall that Children Kinofest was founded in 2014 and takes place in 23 cities of Ukraine. The festival introduces Ukrainian children, both with the latest European tapes, and with the world film classics. Last year, more than 42,000 spectators visited the festival shows.
