The SBU is investigating case of missing classified document, which disappeared from the Presidential Administration. Information about this is contained in the decision of the Shevchenko district court of Kyiv.
In particular, law enforcement officers found that the disappeared document contained information about candidates for the post of director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.
According to this fact, criminal proceedings are opened under Part 1 of Article 329 (the loss of documents containing state secrets) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
As The Journalist reported, the SBU resumed the case against Saakashvili.
