Court removes seizure of accounts of liquidated bank, belonged to son of ex-President of Ukraine Yanukovych

Shevchenkivsky District Court of Kyiv canceled the arrests of the accounts of the liquidated All-Ukrainian Development Bank, which belonged to the eldest son of former President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych. This was reported by the Press Secretary of Ukraine’s Prosecutor General, Larysa Sargan, on Twitter.

“On April 17, 2019, the investigation judge of Shevchenkivsky District Court of Kyiv Holub ruled to repeal arrest of the accounts of All-Ukrainian Bank of Development. The prosecutors prepare immediate motions,” she wrote.

Sargan noted that UAH 1.2 billion were arrested.
