The National Police opened criminal proceedings on the fact of falsification of election documents (Part 2 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), which occurred in the Kherson oblast.
This was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
It is noted that as of 11.00 a.m., law enforcement agencies received 151 reports of possible offenses related to the electoral process.
“The largest number of offenses recorded in the Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Odesa oblasts and the city of Kyiv. A significant number of them are associated with illegal agitation. There were also six reports about possible voter bribery. Seven reports on damaging of bulletins, 12 cases on photographing ballots, etc.,” noted in the Interior Ministry.
