The Czech Republic has amended the existing rules for issuing work cards for Ukrainian citizens. Now Ukrainians will be able to change their employer only after six months after receiving the first work card. This was reported by the press service of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Czech Republic.
The Czech Republic has new rules for Ukrainians from July 31. According to the new rules, Ukrainians must submit a notice of changes to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Czech Republic no later than 30 days before the planned change of job (position). They will be able to do this after six months after receiving the first work card.
An exception to the rule – if the employer violates the rights of the employee.
