Ukraine needs over USD 10 billion investments annually to accelerate economic growth, which is 4-5 times more than investments, attracted at present.
This was stated by the Minister of Finance of Ukraine Oksana Markarova, Radio Liberty reports.
“Now we are attracting one and a half, two or three billion investements a year. This is not enough for a country and her economy. These investments should be “10+” billions,” Markarova said.
The Minister of Finance noted that effective privatization of state property and improvement of the business climate is required in order to attract such investments.
