UN Environmental Forum in Ukraine is organized to find innovative solutions to issues such as reducing the amount and recycling of household waste, water pollution, and introducing an ecological lifestyle.
The forum participants will also discuss the topics of ecological fashion, eco-trends in housing and transport, the future of Ukraine in connection with climate change and the environmental priorities of Ukraine until 2030 (Green Agenda 2030), UNIAN reports.
The special guest at the event will be the Swedish ambassador to Ukraine, Martin Hagstrom, who will personally speak at one of the panel discussions.
The Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ostap Semerak and the coordinator of the UN system in Ukraine / humanitarian coordinator Asenef Lubrani will participate in the official opening of the event.
