Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba in his interview with RBC-Ukraine said that the idea of a health passport for tourists and those who cross the Ukrainian border is not due to discussion in Ukraine.
Mr. Kuleba noted that there are such ideas on the international level, but they have not been brought to life yet.
The Foreign Minister said that of all practical solutions at the international level, they consider procedure, including provision of a health certificate showing that the PCR test was negative over a certain number of days.
After returning home, a person should stay in isolation and do another coronavirus test.
According to Kuleba, all this “are matters of the bureaucracy”, but will calm down and some least ‘painful’ formats of life in the context of the coronavirus pandemic will be found.
FM Kuleba: No full-fledged resumption of international air traffic is expected this summer.
