German government extends ban on arms sales to Saudi Arabia

On March 28, Germany has extended ban on arms exports to Saudi Arabia for another six months, N-tv informs.

The report notes that the ban will end on September 30 this year.

Recall that the German authorities had placed a temporary ban on weapons sales to Saudi Arabia in October 2018, following the controversial killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi, who worked as a columnist for The Washington Post.

As The Journalist reported, Germany would provide NATO with its cyber weapons.
