Until 2020, 100% of the population of Ukraine should live in the United Territorial Communities (UTC), whereas today, 68% of the country’s citizens live there.
This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman, presenting a government report for 2018 at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.

“Only 68% of Ukrainian citizens live with access to the benefits of decentralization. In UTC, there are many times more budgets and more possibilities. Our task is to ensure that all 100%, that is, plus 32% of Ukrainians, live in conditions of decentralization opportunities,” the premier noted.
According to Groysman, the new stage of decentralization means that “by 2020 we must cover the whole of Ukraine with reform and give everyone the opportunity to use these advantages.”

As reported by "Journalist", Poroshenko promises in the coming 5 years to attract more than 30 million foreign tourists to Ukraine.
