The Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groisman wrote about this on his Facebook:

“I’ve just received information from the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Institute of the State Emergencies Service. It says there is no danger for cities to supply drinking water from the Ros River. City water utilities can operate in standard mode.”

We recall that about one tonnes of hazardous chemicals had spilled into the Ros River near Bila Tserkva settlement. The entire city was left without drinking water.
