The Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs Pavlo Klimkin during a Veteran Public Talk session noted that that half of Ukrainians will reside abroad in several years, Espreso reports.

“I believe that in a few years the situation will be the following: half of Ukrainians will be here, and half of Ukrainians will be abroad,” Klimkin said.

At the same time, Minister of Foreign Affairs noted that the main task for the authorities is to take care of the well-being of Ukrainians.

“The greatest value of Ukraine is not in its land and resources, but exclusively people. Ukrainians deserve freedom and justice, as well as welfare, which is also important. And in order to go our own way, using our resources, we need the rule of law, an understanding of the principles and a change in our paternalism,” Klimkin said.

As The Journalist reported, Ukraine’s Parliament fails to dismiss FM Klimkin from his post.
