Happiness index increase by 33% in Ukraine; thus, at the end of 2019, 51% of Ukrainians considered themselves to be happy and only 18% found themselves unhappy. This is evidenced by the international survey Gallup International conducted by the Kyiv International Sociology Institute.

The Happiness Index made + 33% vs + 8% in 2017 (in 2018 this issue was not raised in Ukraine). The study takes place since 1947 in 46 countries.

More than half of the respondents of the countries, where the study was conducted (59%) answered positively; one person in ten (11%) considers themselves to be unhappy. A little more than a quarter of the respondents (28%) do not consider themselves neither happy nor unhappy. That is, the corresponding average index made 48%.

Thus, the happiness index in Ukraine is slightly lower than in the world generally.

As The Journalist reported, Ukraine’s metallurgical industry increased by 30%.
