President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko dismissed the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service, Yehor Bozhok. He is appointed to the post of deputy foreign minister, the website of the head of state informs.
As it became known, on March 13, Poroshenko dismissed the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, Yehor Bozhok, which is stated in the relevant decree number 73/2019 of March 13. Bozhok held the position of head of the Foreign Intelligence Service since September 2017. Earlier, since 2002, he held various positions at the Foreign Ministry, and has the diplomatic rank of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Envoy of the second class. From June 2015 he headed the mission of Ukraine to NATO.
On March 13, the government issued decree of appointment of Bozhok as deputy foreign minister. Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin has already congratulated the new employee on Twitter.
