Imports of passenger cars to Ukraine hits USD 709.4 million during January-February 2019, the Newsone reported, citing the press service of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.
Leaders among importing countries are Germany, Lithuania and Poland. In particular, cars on total amount of USD 159.566 million were imported from Germany, for USD 103.626 million were imported from Lithuania and for USD 93.622 million were imported from Poland.
In addition, the SFS reported that for this period Ukraine exported cars in the total amount of USD 1.605 million to the United States, Canada and France.
As The Journalist reported, an SFS official in the Lviv oblast was engaged in smuggling drugs.
