On April 20, in the capital, for the first time, rugby cup was held among war veterans, military men and officers of Ukraine’s power bodies in rugby-7 “I Ukrainian Military Cup”.

ATO veterans competed against the police. Military from the UK also took part. There were 10 teams in total. All participants are unanimous in one thing: the fact that the tournament took place is the most important victory.
“We are proud to support the first inter-branch Rugby 7 Cup in Kyiv. We discussed with the military and veterans the importance of rehabilitation through sport. The Op Orbital team faced tough competition for silver,” the British ambassador to Ukraine Judith Gough shared her impressions of the competition.
