Infrastructure minister dismisses head of sea port Yuzhny

The Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine has dismissed Anatoliy Yablunivskiy as acting director of the state enterprise Sea Commercial Port Yuzhny. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Infrastructure.

Under an order of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Anatoliy Yablunivskiy was dismissed from the post of acting director of the SE Sea Commercial Port Yuzhny, in accordance with paragraph 2 of the first part of Article 36 of the Labor Code of Ukraine (expiration of the term of the employment contract – ed.).

Recall that from October 2019, the government dismissed the director of the Odesa Sea Port and Danube Shipping Company, as well as the directors of another three ports. Then the Ministry of Infrastructure announced the holding of transparent, public competitions for the positions of heads of sea ports.
