Iran-Ukraine plane crash talks kicks off in Iran

On Monday, October 19, the second round of Iran-Ukraine plane crash talks will start in Tehran. Negotiations will be held on Wednesday, October 21, according to the Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Mohsen Baharvand, Iranian MEHR agency reports.

According to him, three technical meetings will be held within the framework of the second round of negotiations, which will be held by the Iranian Civil Aviation Organization. The second part of the negotiations will deal with judicial issues, and the third with legal issues related to the amount of compensation to the families of the victims of the disaster.

The first round of talks between Iran and Ukraine on the UIA disaster took place in late July in Kyiv. During the first round, the parties reached three agreements.
