First Deputy Chairman of Verkhovna Rada, the representative of Ukraine in humanitarian subgroup of Tripartite Contact Group (TCG) to resolve the situation in Donbas, Iryna Herashchenko said that Russia uses the former ombudsman Nina Karpacheva in a hybrid war with Ukraine.
About this Herashchenko wrote on Facebook.

“Very interesting information from defenders of our sailors of prisoners of war, lawyer Mykola Polozov. It turns out that FSB and Russian ombudsman-general allowed some Nina Karpachova to prisoners in SIZO. And Luidmyla Denisova, official and plenipotentiary of Ukrainian Ombudsman, despite all her efforts and perseverance of our Foreign Ministry, did not allow seafarers to visit and even go to court for all hearings,” Herashchenko reminded.
According to her, Russia uses Karpachova in a hybrid war with Ukraine.
“A hybrid war is when the Russian Federation uses a hybrid ombudsman, shakes out dust from Yanukovych, who says that if Poroshenko asks for it, then he is ready to ask Putin for the hostages. Instead of Denisova – Karpacheva, instead of Poroshenko – Yanukovych, the Russian Federation takes out from cushion various characters who play along with Kremlin record about the “illegitimacy of Ukrainian authorities,” said first vice-speaker of parliament.

As reported by “Journalist”, Savchenko will remain in jail until the end of the elections.
