About 270 Venezuelan soldiers have deserted to Colombia, Deutsche Welle informs.
The deserted police and military "are looking for protection and assistance."
According to the Colombian Migration Board, 270 representatives of power structures “fled from the dictatorship of Venezuela, Nicholas Maduro”, in order to find “protection and assistance”.
As The Journalist reported, four Colombian diplomats left Venezuela on foot.
