The Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) recorded the presence of militants at the area of withdrawal of forces and assets in the Stanytsia Luhanska. This was reported by the press service of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO).
The JCCC notes that the militants use symbols that are not in use in the JCCC.
“At the disengagement area No.1 (Stanytsia Luhanska), was recorded the presence of representatives of the armed forces in Russian-style camouflage in arm bands with inscribed “JCCC” on it. The indicated symbols are not in use in the JCCC,” the message said.
Representatives of armed groups cannot be deployed at the breeding site, except for the officers of the Joint Center for Control and Coordination.
“The stay of officers, allegedly JCCC representatives at the breeding site violates the Minsk agreements, which were implemented in the framework of the decision of the Trilateral Contact Group on the withdrawal of forces and hardware,” the JFO press service noted.
