January 12, the militants violated the ceasefire 11 times in Donbas. One Ukrainian soldier was wounded as a result of the shelling. This was reported at the headquarters of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO).
Most of the enemy shelling was carried out in the area of responsibility of the operational-tactical group “Shid”. So, from 82mm mortars and small arms, the enemy fired at JFO positions near Pisky and Vodiane, near Donetsk. They also fired from grenade launchers of various systems at Pisky.
Not far from Avdiivka, the militants opened fire from automatic easel grenade launchers and small arms, near Krasnohorivka – from heavy anti-tank grenade launchers, and not far from Verkhniotoretske – from heavy machine guns.
Near the settlement of Vodiane, in the Azov region, and Pavlopol, the enemy fired at the Ukrainian military from hand-held anti-tank grenade launchers and automatic heavy-duty grenade launchers.
In the area of responsibility of the “Pivnich” group near Zolote-4, the enemy fired from automatic easel and hand-held anti-tank grenade launchers and small arms.
