President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky proposed lowering the entry barrier for parties to Verkhovna Rada to 3% and abolishing the y plurality voting system. This was announced by representative of Vidrodzhennia group Vitaliy Khomutynnik commenting to the journalists consultations with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky with leaders of factions and groups of the parliament.

“The president proposed to change the law on the election of people’s deputies, to make several amendments,” the report says.

In particular, we are talking about amending the current legislation, in particular, abolishing the majority system and reducing the entry barrier for parties to 3% (today it is 5%).

“The third amendment, which was proposed by the factions, was also debated – this is a clarification of the rules on an imperative mandate,” said Khomutynnik.

Earlier, the “Journalist” reported that the guards did not allow Lyashko to shoot consultations with Zelensky on a gadget.
