Constitutional Court of Ukraine received constitutional appeal (KCU) of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine regarding presidential draft law on introducing changes in Constitution of Ukraine (concerning strategic course of state for acquisition of full membership of Ukraine in European Union and in North Atlantic Treaty Organization) (No. 9037).
This is stated in a message on the website CCU.
«On September 27, Constitutional Court of Ukraine received a constitutional appeal from Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to provide an opinion on compliance of draft law on amendments to t Constitution of Ukraine (on strategic course of the state for the full membership of Ukraine in the European Union and in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization) (registration No.9037) requirements of Articles 157 and 158 of Constitution of Ukraine», the statement said.
As reported by The Journalist, on official website of VR promulgated the text of changes to the Constitution regarding the course for the EU and NATO.
