On July 1, the District Administrative Court of Kyiv will consider the case on the claim of Naftogaz of Ukraine to the State Audit Office of Ukraine with a request to recognize the unlawful and cancel the requirement of the department, in which violations of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers were recorded when paying a UAH 228 million premium to the head of the company’s board of directors, Andriy Kobolyev.
This is stated on the website of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv.
“The court completed the preparatory proceedings and scheduled case consideration for July 1,” it was informed.
In particular, the court considered the application of the representative of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine about the involvement of NABU to participate in the case as a third party and refused to satisfy it. The court also refused to satisfy the petition for consideration of the case in a closed court session.
