This situation is recorded by air monitoring stations in all districts of the city.
The worst air quality is in the area of the Kyiv-Volynsky railway station (the level of pollution is 212 – with a norm of up to 50) and on Zamkovetskaya street (213).
According to the Central Geophysical Observatory named after Borys Sreznevsky, as of January 19, during the week, the level of harmful substances in the air of Kyiv exceeded the maximum permissible concentration by 2-7 times.
At the same time, the IqAir resource shows that as of the morning of January 20, Kyiv is in 13th place in the world ranking of cities with the dirtiest air.
