The leader of Servant of the People party Dmytro Razumkov believes that Ukraine’s delegation withdrawal from the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) was meaningless and hopes that the position of the new parliament, to be elected on July 21, will influence the further development of the situation, as he said on the Ukrainian radio.
“The position of Servant of the People is that withdrawal from the PACE is inappropriate, as later, when we go into the Parliament, we will not be able to represent Ukraine on this stage,” the leader of the party said.
Razumkov is convinced that the given PACE decision was preceded by a number of different actions or often non-action, by various parties, including Ukraine.
As The Journalist reported, Ukrainian delegation officially stopped work in PACE.
