British Prime Minister Theresa May hopes to reach a pragmatic solution on Brexit, Deutsche Welle reports.

“When I will return to Brussels, I will fight for the UK and Northern Ireland. I will be armed with a new mandate, new ideas and a new determination to agree on a pragmatic solution on Brexit, the British people voted for, and at the same time ensure absence of a rigid border between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland,” said May.

Recall, on January 29, the House of Commons voted for resuming negotiations with the EU in order to replace the “alternative arrangements” of the so-called backstop regime regarding the border between Ireland and Northern Ireland. Brussels rejected the possibility of revising the agreements with London. May is expected to hold talks in Brussels in the coming days.
As The Journalist reported, the United States will send humanitarian aid to Venezuela.
