A special commission of the Ministry of Defense, the General Staff, and the Ground Forces Command works on the Mi-8 crash site. Experts have previously reported that the accident could occur due to technical malfunction of the helicopter or the human factor, UNIAN reports.
“No one can tell about the reasons and what happened there exactly. We understand that these can be either technical faults or a human factor – it could be anything,” said a representative of a special commission that is investigating the crash.
