Militants fired 20 mortar shells on Ukrainian Armed Forces positions in Donbas

On February 24, the militants violated the ceasefire regime five times in Donbas, firing 20 mortar shells on Ukrainian position. This was reported by the JFO press center.

The enemy resorted to 120mm and 82mm mortars prohibited by the Minsk agreements, as well as from grenade launchers of various systems, heavy machine guns and small arms to attack AFU positions.

Under the fire came Maryinka and Pisky. Near Talakivka the enemy fired 10 shells from 82mm mortar.

Militants fired another 10 shells from 120mm mortar near Novotoshkivske, as well as from a grenade launcher near Shumy.

No casualties among the Ukrainian troops have been reported over the past day.

As The Journalist reported, Militants fired more than 70 mortars shells over past day in Donbas.
