The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine filed a petition to the Kyiv District Administrative Court to lift the ban on Ulana Suprun’s performing her duties as the Health Minister.
This was announced by Justice Minister Pavlo Petrenko on Facebook:
“The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, on behalf of the government, promptly filed a petition to cancel measures to secure a claim in the case involving the fulfillment of the duties of the Minister of Health.”
Petrenko added that the consideration of the petition of the Ministry of Justice will be heard at Kyiv’s District Administrative Court on Feb. 11, at 14:00.
