JFO: Four militants eliminated in Donbas

Over the past day, on January 29, the militants shelled Ukrainian positions near the settlements of Avdiyivka, Bohdanivka, Hnutove, Novomykhailivka, Krymske, Katerynivka, Luhanske and Vilniy Khutir eight times. No casualties among the Ukrainian troops have been reported by the press center of the Joint Forces Operation HQ on its page on Facebook.

The militants violated the cease-fire regime eight times, three times using weapons prohibited by the Minsk Agreements.
"In the area of activity of the operational-tactical group Vostok (“East”), the enemy attacks Ukrainian army positions:

• using heavy machine guns and small arms near the town of Avdiyivka;
• using automatic grenade launchers near the village of Bohdanoivka;
• using grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms near the village of Hnutove;
• using grenade launchers of various systems near the village Novomykhaylivka.
  In the area of activity of the operational-tactical group Sever (“North”), the enemy shelled JFO positions:
• using 82-mm mortars in the area of the Krymske settlement;
• using 82-mm mortars in the area of the settlement Ekaterynivka;
• using heavy machine guns in the area of the village of Luhanske;
• using 82-mm mortars, grenade launchers and heavy machine guns near the village of Vilniy Khutir,” the message says.

According to intelligence data, on January 29, four occupiers were destroyed and another six were injured. In addition Ukrainian military destroyed the KAMAZ military truck loaded with weapons and logistical equipment of the enemy.
