Russian led militants shelled populated areas in Donbas from territories, inaccessible to OSCE SMM observers.

This was stated by the Commander of the United Forces, Lieutenant-General Serhiy Naev, the press center of the Joint Force Operation HQ reports.

"The JFO Commander told foreign OSCE SMM delegation, led by Deputy Head of Mission Mark Etterington, about the violation of the ceasefire regime by the Russian occupation forces; shelling of peaceful settlements; creation of obstacles to the OSCE patrols by the representatives of the armed forces of the Russian Federation; fixed cases of violations of weapons and armament equipment; deployed outside storages and withdrawal lines," stated in the message.

In particular, Serhiy Naev recalled seven cases of residential units’ damages, resulted by shellings made by the Russian armed forces.

"The commander paid particular attention to the shelling took place on February 18-19, when 445 shells hit JFO position, which is 51% of the total amount of ammunition used by the Russian occupation forces since the beginning of the year," the press center said.

As The Journalist reported, Ukraine tested anti-aircraft missile systems near the occupied Crimea.
